1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using VinScouter you agree to these terms on behalf of your dealership ("Customer"). If you do not have authority to bind your dealership, do not use the service.

2. The service

VinScouter aggregates publicly posted vehicle listings from third-party marketplaces and provides workflow tools (tagging, messaging, appointments, CRM push). Listing data is sourced as-is and may contain errors.

3. Acceptable use

No bulk scraping, reselling, or repackaging of listing data.
No deceptive messaging, spoofed identity, or messaging suppressed contacts.
No use of VinScouter to harass sellers or evade do-not-call laws.
You are responsible for compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state UDAP statutes.

4. Fees

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually at the rate listed at checkout. Cancel any time from billing settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current term. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or generate seller complaints above industry norms.

6. Disclaimer & limitation

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VINSCOUTER'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

7. Governing law

Florida law governs. Exclusive venue is Broward County, FL.
